Anita Nissan Yehuda has been in private practice since 1996, specializing in insurance coverage litigation and appeals. Prior to opening her own practice, she worked at two major law firms as a litigation and appellate associate.

 

Ms. Yehuda is an experienced litigator, focusing on insurance matters. She has been involved in successfully prosecuting hundreds of declaratory judgment actions on behalf of insurers in commercial general liability, property and no-fault insurance cases. She has extensive experience with insurance fraud matters and has been at the forefront in establishing appellate precedent in that area.

Ms. Yehuda is also a talented appellate attorney with exceptionally strong persuasive writing and advocacy skills. She has written over 500 appellate briefs and successfully argued hundreds of civil appeals in the Appellate Divisions of the First and Second Departments as well as in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
